importance to sororities

Rank these in order of what sororities look for most to least out of looks, GPA, personality

It depends on the sorority. Sororities like Alpha Phi value apparenace the most, while Theta values GPA the most.

Personally I would say GPA because that is a pretty easy cut. If you don't make the chapter minimum they won't even look at anything else.
Then personality just because if the person you talk to absolutely hated you you aren't coming back. If you don't fit in you don't fit in.
Lastly looks only because it is opinion based and a little harder to judge (but still fairly easy)

I feel like GPA is what a majority of the houses look at! But I think looks apply for "upper" houses. If you're rushing as an older girl, you pretty much need to be perfect

Uh how would you know that if you're a "pnm"? Hope you're not trying to make your own house look good on here... don't wanna say the names of the chapter doing it...
