what are the top tier fraternities?

Who has the best parties and who is just overall top tier?
I can't tell if Lambda actually is or if it's all just self rank

Honestly most people will probably disagree with this but the 3 off campus fraternity's all have great parties it just depends on what u want, sig chi will party on Tuesdays and stuff but may not be as good on weekends dke is gonna party a ton and tke has at least 2 ish parties a week between regular parties and date parties if all u want to do is party and not have philos or other involvement I'd say go ofc but be prepared for a difficult process and the types of people that come with that lifestyle cause ofc and ifc are different styles of people for the most part

Dke are idiots. they just have alot of money they will out very very very soon or other frats will force them into extinction

Lambda Chi IS the CONSENSUS #1 fraternity at ASU, has been for years and WILL be for years. Kappa Sig has been sliping and it is questionable if they are #2, DKE is the king of self-ranked definately not top tier but good solid middle of the middle tier.

I agree. They are pretty but have absolutely horrible parties. They are just very boring

Both TKE and Sig Chi are just as relevant as Chi Phi these days
