are there any sororities big on leadership?

All sororities value leadership. If you're looking to take on a role right away, I'd look into AOPi (the new sorority coming up), KD, or DZ.

Since AOPi is new, you'd be a founding member and could take on leadership positions right out of the gate.

KD is still new so it still applies.

DZ is going through a lot of leadership changes, so it's something to look into if you want an established and not new organization.

That being said, there are leadership opportunities in ALL sororirites, so go through recruitment with an open mind! :)

Sigma Kappa is all about leadership lol, most of those girls pride themselves on that

Dg went throuhg membership review with natls, that could make it a decently easy house to get involved in. Most of the girls seem preoccupied with other things

Someone respectable needs to take the reigns on kappa delta asap, they have already had a membership review from natls because they embarassed the org so badly and so quickly, def an easy house to get involved in, they need the help

Dz does need leadership help, all they do now is party.. they used to have a strong vision but not anymore, even dukeout isnt the same as it was like 6 years ago, could be decently easy to get involved in. Same for AGD, both houses seem a little lost compared to years past. Agd apparently had an issue with their alumni and could use a strong leader

Tbh your best bet is probably kd or agd. Smaller numbers and newer houses make waaaay easier to get involved and get a leadership positon and actually make a difference. Kd has a better national alumni base and cares about looks and pretty much nothing else, from the outside looking in, there seems to be zero substance. agd has more potential on campus because of their "purpose" or whatever it is they talk about all the time to guide them, but their looks are pretty weak and that holds them back on this campus. So i guess its really up to you and your own values
