hit up the outlet mall. There's a really good one like 10 miles from asu in Chandler. Brooks Brothers & Polo have dope deals there. Also yea Marshalls has some good stuff. If you don't want to go to an outlet and don't wanna go to Marshalls, the IZOD store is crazy cheap and has some decent looking stuff, just never pay full price there because there is almost always like a 70% off sale (which is what they should really cost year round).
