does it matter how late you sign up for rush?

I haven't been able to sign up for rush yet but I'm wondering if people who signed up early have any advantages or if it doesn't matter the order you sign up

makes no difference. idk when the deadline is, just sign up before you move in to the dorms/as soon as you move in and you'll be good
