Whats the point of them moving on campus? They are rich good looking kids who already have it all, The fraternity strives and beats 90% of all on campus fraternities (FIJI is #1), They don't need ASU, they do their own thing and its working. Good business model if you ask me

they can either claim they have no interest in coming back to campus, or that they're going to come back to campus in the future. One or the other. I would think they are fine off, but for gD sakes get a freakin plex. TKE freakin killed it as an off campus house before this year cuz they had one, and dke is better now than tke ever was. If they had a plex, it would be game over.

They would need to stop actively recruiting for 4 years in order to come back to ASU
