rec letters!!!

How helpful are rec letters for a sorority? Could it put you above someone else and get you in one?

A letter from your moms friend who's alum saying how great you are all that will not put you above any other girl. You're actual accomplishments mater, such as grades, community service. Along with that, your looks and personality are a huge part. A rec letter might get you a courtesy call back to the next round but nothing more.

Mine really considers them! We have dropped girls simply because they had a bad rec letter. If you have a good one you will probably make it to the second round
