I bought insta followers a few months back just for the heck of it, but know I'm worried sororities will think bad of me because of it. Do sororities look down on you if your followers aren't all "genuine"

Um, yeah, they are. If you have a bunch of followers but barely get any likes/ no comments that's weird. Who buys followers?? Does it matter to you that much? If my sorority saw you as the girl who obviously bought a bunch of insta followers your chances with us would be very slim to none
