I think alpha phi and pi phi are the same. chi O is where they are because their involment in the Greek community. Theta is above DG because of their GPA.

This is pretty good. But id drop DZ down. Their involvement and gpa is probably the worst, with a drop rate probably the highest. They are just better looking than others (which carries most of the weight in rankings).

This is the most accurate ranking of how the houses are right now. Theta has definitely fallen. I'd say there's a somewhat sizeable gap between alpha phi/ Pi phi and the rest of the houses

DZ will probably end up middle after recruitment. This is due to being on probation and they aren't choosing their own PC.
