I want to party a lot, but I also want to leave the fraternity better than I found it, do they care about that at all? or do they just straight up party 24/7?

every fraternity wants to improve. If you want to help the chapter get better (even the #1 house can get better since there's no consensus #1) and take leadership, that will be appreciated in every single frat.
