The top two sorities are easily:
alpha phi/ pi phi
They interchange frequently and no matter how many people say ''they're bit.chy" "they're fake" "they have no sisterhood" honestly its people being mad they didn't make it in either during rush. Both have the most gorgeous girls and have the best fall rush classes every year, and don't do spring rush because they don't have to. Ask any guy who he wants to take to a date party with him, unless he's dating a girl in a different one he'll propbably say one of the top two every single time.

They are a solid chapter, but I don't think "top chapter". They're just most "sorority" in a traditional sense which gives them the illusion of best sorority on campus
