a lot of spots will be taken before official rush week, but the PCs are not 100% set. If they were, they wouldn't bother even having a rush week. I'd say my house's PC is probably 60% set pre-rush week. Look up contact info for fraternity rush chairs, hit them up in early August. If you know anyone at ASU in a fraternity, talk to them as well. I'm sure they can let you know what's happening.

How do you get in contact with houses or hear about any pre events or parties they have rushees go to? Will they just like walk up and tell kids throughout the beginning of the school year or r they like out tabling and tell u there or how does it work/how does word spread? My main question boils down to how do u go about getting recruited pre rush or what's some tips?

the biggest bangers are during prerush. Official rush week is dry except for the off campus frats. So if you wanna actually experience what the frats are like and how they rage, you definitely want to be in the loop for that. Also, it's probably the most fun time of the year so there's no reason to miss out on some solid parties, this is the only time in college where you'll be able to basically see how every frat rages. Unless of course you make friends in each of those houses
