frat rank for fall 17

Everyone here seems to be concerned with what fraternities are "top houses"
The top of the pyramid is kappa sig, delta sig, and DKE when it comes to over all ranking (guys that party with hottest girls)
If you are very studious and didn't really party before college try pi kapp and lambda both prioritize gpa and throw decent parties (not too crazy) they will throw average parties and swear they were the craziest thing ever
Sig ep is up there too I guess, probably not for long
Pike is just a Bunch of ghetto kids who wear fake Louis Vuitton belts and oversized shirts

This post is actually 100% true. Anyone who says otherwise is a lambda chi on here. You want proof? Go stalk through Instagram for a bit you'll see. People like to hate on D Sig because they grew so fast and they're new to upper tier.
