The most relevant and popular houses for fall 17 are
Kappa sig, Lambda, Delta Sig, and if you want to go off campus DKE

Other fraternities are still relevant (sig ep, pi kapp, pike i guess) but those listed are the top of the top

Salty lower tier houses are going to comment so beware

Actually Lambda Chi is the consensus #1 fraternity therefore also has the highest standards and most difficult to receive a bid. Anyone posting otherwise is an upset reject of Lambda Chi. Lambda Chi only bids about 10% of rushees so there are a lot of "butt hurt" guys that are jelous they did not receive a bid. Everyone knows Lambda Chi is #1 any posts that say otherwise are from people upset about not getting a bid from Lambda Chi.

Yeah lambda and delta sig are definitely not top tier haha. Wait until rush starts and you'll be able to figure out who the top-tier frats are

This isn't my forte but just go into rush with an open mind and talk to lots of fraternities during walk around and rush the ones you end up liking. I think posts like this are dumb.
