pike vs sig ep

Thinking about rushing both next semester and I was just wondering which one has better parties, gpa, sorority relations, philo, etc?

Better Parties- Pike
GPA- Sigep
Philo- both didn't have one last year
Sorority relations- honesty sigep used to be way better, but now pike is doing good with axo, dz, and younger thetas. Sigep is tight with piphi, some aphis, some dz's
Overall- depends on your vibe, but both are pretty california-esque

it defines how you look at fraternities. No house that was awful 2 years ago can be great now, since many of the same things (half the members, alumni network, etc) are still the same. Likewise, Sigep still has the history, some of the same members, the traditions, etc that they had 2 years ago. Just because pike throws bigger parties now than they did and has had better pledge classes, does not vault them into the top tier of frats.

Pike was awful 2 years ago. Sig Ep was the best two years ago.
Now they're both pretty much at the same point, and Pike definitely has better parties, just still gets a lot of crap for the way they act
