off campus fraternities should not be ranked

It is the opinion of Greek council that off-campus fraternities should not be acknowledged. Off campus fraternities have no official connection to ASU. Off campus fraternities have no ties to ASU, that makes them no different than holding official gatherings with the Mooses Lodge, Elks Club, NACCP,Boy Scouts, Fruit of the month club. Since these fraternities have no connection to ASU all Greeks should refrain and save themselves the embarrassment of being in the company of these FAKE-Pseudo "wannabe" fraternities.

Agree members of off campus fraternities are in "pretend" fraternities with NO TIES ZERO to any school.

Are places like the District and UH and 922 place student housing even though they are not listed as ASU as official housing or located technically on campus? Yes. These places could even restrict applicants to only be ASU students if they wanted. Same thing for off campus fraternities. Them not having recognition is basically a technicality and allows more freedom. Like living at University House instead of Vista.

Mooses Lodge will also like to been included if DKE which has no ties to ASU is included. We have multiple times the number of chapters with 2400 in all 50 states compared to DKE and we have over a million members

At almost any school, being "off campus" means not having a frat house that is located on campus. By this definition, every fraternity at asu is off campus. Here, being on campus just means you can utilize ASU facilities for events. You can make jokes about them not being asu students, but the fact is, they are. I know guys in ASU-IFC recognized fraternities that don't go to ASU. The chapter just keeps them off the roster, and it's not even against ASU rules. I say this as someone who is not in an off campus house, but is just tired of baseless insults.

Can DKE affiliate with Mesa Jr College or Arcadia HS since they can not officially affiliate with ASU?
