why is lambda a top house?

If we're being completely honest, girls don't care about GPA and how much your philo raises as much as they care about looks and parties. And really, Lambda's last pledge classes haven't been that good and they don't party.
Just wondering why people still consider them top house

Because they come on here 24/7 and hype themselves up. Everyone in Greek life knows they're not top tier.
