fraternities to rush

For incoming Freshmen or current students looking to Rush, these are the most "relevant" fraternities you wanna consider. However, don't close out other frats as there are positives in every house.
Kappa Sig- Parties, Basketball, good relations with aphi
DKE- Rage hard, solid relations, OFC, douchey
Lambda- Good GPA, good relations, great philo. Not known as a party house
Delta Sig- Good relations, though still have the friendzone reputation for most of their chapter. Good at soccer, some solid parties
Pike- Parties, athletic, douchey, good relations with DZ but bad with most other frats
SigEP- Used to be top, dropped off a lot. Socal vibe, still have solid relations. A couple good parties but falling off quick.
Pi Kapp- Poor mans lambda. Nice, friendly, solid relations but by no means "alpha" males
Fiji- Good philo, some solid parties, rumors about spiking are not true.
Sig Chi- Tequila tuesday, got a few solid guys but really have to mooch of DKE.
The rest- There are another like 15-20 house to rush if you like but you have to understand that if you want to be in a good house you're gonna have to help "build" it.

Those 3 are like the only 3 too... It sucks but some of the top tier frats don't party too much they just do socials and have like little things.

Sig Chi and SigEp throw solid parties, but sigep runs out of alcohol super quick and use the villas a lot which holds them back. SigChi throws fun tequila tuesdays but can't really carry their own weight without dke for huge parties. As mentioned by someone above, the best chapters for parties are hands down kappa sig, dke, pike, and actually delta sig too!
