first week

I'm gonna be going here next year, and just wanted to ask anyone that goes here what the first week'll be like? Are parties just gonna be everywhere or harder to find? I'm gonna rush so I figure it'd be good to get out and meet some of the guys before rush week, which is when? I know posts from not even freshman probably make a lot of you wanna projectile yak on your screen but humor me please, thank you my shepherd.
