best community with houses for parties?

by: Transfer

I'm transferring to ASU with a couple of buddies from the same school and we're pretty excited about the very outgoing atmosphere at ASU. Were looking around and reading theres LOTS of parties at apartment complexes like district and such, but sounds like the real rager potential is at the houses you rent with roomies. We plan on having some pretty big crowds often.

My question then is what is the best community WITH houses to live in for throwing huge ragers? Also, what housing community goes the hardest and most often, you know, so other neighbors are used to the rowdy atmosphere? How's security at these places? I've read Cottages is a fun place but unfortunately no detail of what makes it great was given, but where else? Maybe a place that has apartment units in addition to townhouses like Gateway? Where's it at, and thanks in advance.

I've heard stuff gets stolen right out of your house at the Cottages.

Villas is younger crowd, Gateway i dont know much of, but my friend lives there and says its a bit of an older crowd with some parties. Villas on Apache gets rowdy sometimes, I've been to some cool parties there.

Cottages gets pretty out of control pretty often lol. I stay there now and I dont throw too many ragers, but theres always one to go to. If you dont mind the noise itll be a lot of fun if you meet plenty of neighbors. Frequent parties, big parties, and can honestly get out of control like I said.

Would you say there are more and better parties there at the District or University house?

They're just different. District and Hub have more parties because theres more units, but they're a lot smaller cause they're in apartments. Cottages has less parties overall but theres still usually parties every night and they're bigger cause in houses. So District MAY hold like 10-40-50 people MAX and 3 or more apartments on each floor may be partying everyday, but you can have like 300+ at your pad at Cottages. So they're different.

If you're more concerned with partying the most or having options literally every second, stay at hub or district, but if you want to throw better parties, stay at Cottages.
