The reason why you would get them mixed is because they are both very involved on campus, that is about it. Besides that, Lambda Chi is a house with arguably the best sorority relations on campus (off campus would be DKE), most selective on campus recruiting and best looks. Pi kapp is just about average in the aforementioned categories

1. Comparing frats is dumb
2. Pi kapp is not phi kapp those are 2 different things
3. To the post regarding sorority relations I'm pretty sure both houses have more sweethearts than any other fraternities (like 6 or more sororities) meaning they both have good sprite relations.
4. Go to rush and meet the guys
