their plex is a huge advantage. The fraternity I joined had a plex when I pledged and that was a major factor of why I joined. If I was rushing now, in a world where only 2 frats have a plex, FIJI would be at the top of the list. In '13 EIGHT frats had a plex so there were a lot more options.
