people actually care about rank?

80% of all the threads on this site are about top rank. And yeah it just seems to be everyone writing the same thing over and over with like 1 or 2 fraternities or sororities moved.
Like don't you get bored of just focusing on the same thing over and over? In the end who cares? Is this about impressing the other gender so you can get laid? If you can't get laid without saying you're top tier you probably won't get laid regardless....
