what's the process when a new chapter starts?

Like with AOII coming next year do they do formal recruitment just like any other sorority would? Or do they have a different recruitment process since they're new?

They will do the same thing KD did. Regular recruitment will happen without AOII however women rushing will be informed AOII will be an option in a month. & then AOII will recruit after regular recruitment ends.
