What are the real sorority rankings here? Top tier? Mid Tier? Bottom Tier?

Don't worry about this site, or the rankings. When going through recruitment go with your heart. Every sorority is wonderful and has its negatives and its positives.
Ranks change every year because of involvement, drop rates, new PC's ect.

Top 3:
Alpha Phi
Theta
Pi Phi

Middle:
DG/DZ/AXO

...everyone else is irrelevant

obviously you are an alpha phi!!
EVERYONE knows about alpha phi's hazing scandal last year, so obviously they're NOWHERE NEAR the top three!!

ALSO--Don't worry about rankings Haylie, all of the sororities are great in their own way and you will surely find one that you fit into. It's not all about being in a "top" house. It really doesn't affect the wonderful college experience that greek life gives you!

Theres a few houses that can be considered the best. Like theta, piphi, dg, and aphi. Despite the hazing, aphi and some decent members even though they are below the other 3. As for axo, the last good pledge class they got was fall 09. Since then they have been doing worse and worse and in addition have the highest drop rate, so they are indeed NOT a top house. I would put dz at the bottom of the top tier with aphi. Both of those being below theta, piphi and Dg

DG IN THE TOP 3? Ha.... funny how DG& AXO has been falling for the last few years.. did snap bidding on bid day last year because they both didn't meet quota and had to do spring recruitment. TOP houses don't spring rush.

theta girls only take freshman, as well as dg who only party but are a great group of girls. there is a new sorority, sigma kappa that Ive seen the new pledge class and I think it will continue to get good within this year. there are hot girls that really want to make a difference and make them awesome. as for aPHI, they have gone down hill. crazy hazing and so many girls dropped them because of it. AXO is a great one but as they said before a lot of girls drop them too. pi phi is a great one but they are a little boring. its all where you fit in!

Just for the record, Theta does not only take freshmen. We had many sophomores and a few juniors in our pledge class this year, too. :)

Not to mention there is a senior in the new PC... sure, they take more freshman, but they definitely do take sophomores, juniors AND seniors!
