These are the top IFC houses at ASU. Here's a description of the reputations of each house because it's impossible to even try to describe the "personality" of a 100+ member organization.

SigEp: top house a couple of years ago. Many thought they would be kicked off for multiple incidents but they managed to stay on, but have had extensive membership review and serious sanctions. Older guys are still top house material but recruitment is starting to drop off.

Fiji: been on a steady rise for the last several years. Only Fraternity (besides KA lol) with a real apartment complex and it's been a great tool for recruiting. Their last few pledge classes have been consecutively better, and they've managed to improve their sorority relations and stay on the good side of ASU/IFC.

Delta Sig: Been hovering around upper-middle tier for a while, but have really stepped it up this year. Got a killer fall rush class and probably the fraternity closest to Pi Phi. Haven't done anything amazing to stand out but have definitely been putting in work.

Kappa Sig: Has been the dominant on campus fraternity these year. Managed to move away from the Cottages to more house parties which has worked and have some very hot girls that consistently come around.

As the recruitment of OFC houses (besides DKE) have really dropped off, im predicting all of these houses besides SigEp to continue to rise and recruit the guys that would have gone to a fraternity like Sigma Chi just a few years ago

ALL those fraternities get the rejects of the consensus #1 fraternity at ASU with is Lambda Chi Alpha. Lambda Chi Alpha is the consensus #1 fraternity at ASU. They bid the best looking guys, have the best parties yet still maintain the highest GPA of any fraternity. Lambda Chi Alpha is your ONLY ticket to social relavancy at ASU. Lambda Chi Alpha is #1 on the list of 99% of potential rushees. Since Lambda Chi is the most selective ALL the lower tier houses below them fight for the rejects. This IS the REAL fraternity world at ASU!

What about the overall personalities of Lamda, Pike, and Pi Kapp

Don't think that Sig Ep had a membership review that kicked people out.
