Yeah okay it doesn't help recruitment. Have you seen chi o. They haven't improved in recruitment and they had a 5 streak. Still bottom mid.

I guess that is true. But Chi O (according to all my friends who rushed) came off very arrogant and bored. Hopefully Theta uses this during recruitment to show how much they love philanthropy :)
