Based off looks & attending parties they are top tier for sure. Based off of everything else, they don’t compare to any other sorority. They have 0 sisterhood, 0 respect for anyone else and only care about the look. Have the highest drop rate of all sororities combined. Gotta have both to be a top tier I’m sorry. Only have met one nice girl in here and she’s now graduated:/ will miss her

These ladies are a top house no question. Some of them can be a little stuck up but most are actually pretty nice and they have some of the hottest girls. All the bad reviews are just jealous girls who probably know nothing about their sisterhood because they aren’t in a phi lmao

They’re known for the highest drop rate. The girls are very mean and every frat knows it so they don’t like talking to these girls because of all the drama.

I did formal recruitment in fall ‘19. I also went to passport (the event where all clubs are there to talk about themselves, and sororities went too) to meet the chapters. When I was talking to a phi, the girl I was talking to completely ignored me once another girl showed up to talk. It was super rude and made me feel I didn’t belong (spoiler alert I’m not in this chapter). This was before round 1 and gave me a really bad impression. A phi is suuuuper popular and is the “it” house. They’re popular but mostly with frats and don’t really seem to have any sorority relations. I’m not sure how their sisterhood is, but it wouldn’t surprise me if it was cliquey.

beautiful girls (if that's important to you), but the drop rate is real. they are unfortunately very mean. it's hard to spread pan love to a chapter that is only concerned about looks and frat relations. you don't need to be in a sorority to go to frat parties! isn't the point to develop sisters for life? they miss that point, because sisterhood is really sad. mean to others and mean to their own.
