I'm in a different fraternity. I met these guys and gotta say they were legit. Actual fraternity men, not west coast bros. Reminds me of being back home in the south.

Decent house, not the top and not the worst. Bad rep that they are trying to fix, the girls are a mix of hot and not hot. Very strict rules and some of the freshmen are way to shy. Overall, there's a lot of room for improvement, but they are decent and do stuff with decent fraternities (kappa sigma, kappa alpha, fiji are all decent and all do stuff with them). But obviously way below PiPhi, DG, and AXO. And below Theta, DZ, KKG. I'd say right below XO, and wayyyy above AGD and lightyears ahead of Gamma Phi Beta. That is an honest ranking, from an honest source.
