would agree that dg is top 3. with theta and pi phi ahead of them. but DEFINITELY better than delta zeta or alpha phi. they have a lot of rumors that go around about them but the girls are all really chill

Okay dumbasses.....first off Pi Kappa Phi is founded in the deepest part of the south. In fact SAE was founded in Tuscaloosa, AL but we had charleston. Second, you have to be from the south to understand why Virginia ain't southern. Finally geographically Charleston is more southern than Tuscaloosa making it the most southern fraternity. If any of you guys can name a legitimate established fraternity created in a more southern state. This debate is over.

group of girls and idk what you are talking about they dont bash other houses? I am a DG and i have a lab with a pi phi and she has never said one bad thing about another house. Nice girls
