They have a new complex right next to KA and a sick house across the street as well with a pool and a built in BP table. Down the street from Kappa Sig and Theta Chi on Spence. Gonna be epic.

closer to campus would help, but it doesn't change that the 3 houses there are better than what Spence or anywhere else has to offer. The proximity of 3 respectable houses on one street means girls will be swarming there. And Spence is perhaps the shadiest neighborhood in Tempe, girls just dealt with going there because there were few alternatives. Big thanks to you guys for getting another row started
