Good frat but the boys tend to be very fruity, they have a certain soft boy vibe. The whole chapter is very fruity.

It's just a mid frat, guys don't really do much they're just laid back. Parties surprisingly have a decent ratio 2x or 3x. Nobody pays dues lol

Mfs are top but they will scam the pledges which doesn't sit right with me. Brothers are fake that way. Will be really friendly from day 1 but will do so with the only intention of collecting dues. Once you pay them, wait for a few weeks you'll get dropped.
