Them thetachi's tried to recruit me my freshman year. Rush chair couldn't understand the word "no", so their brothers probably don't either. Some good brothers in the bunch.

Very underrated. These guys stay off the radar but their parties are good and their brothers seem cool. You won't find many try hards in this group.

I would honestly be ashamed to call myself a Theta Chi. Went to a party and one of their pledges was walking around very drunk trying to fight everyone, including girls. The house is a piece of crap, only like three cool brothers. Not a fraternity you would want to join, not very many good looking girls at the parties either.
