Tau Kappa Epsilon - ΤΚΕ Fraternity at Appalachian State University - ASU 2.4 TKE parties are home to freshmen geed girls that don't know where other parties are located. Also I've heard from many reliable sources that the dog raping rumor is completely true. They even got into trouble with the IFC for this, not sure how much longer they will remain on campus.
