My roommate is an ADPi and she has always told me such great things! Of course, every sorority has their ups and downs but for the most part she loves being in ADPi. They also seem to hang out with a lot of the other sororities which is nice.

Chi O is not what it used to be. They have one of the lowest GPAs, party too much, and are very clique-y. Unless you are friends with the popular group, you get left out. Sisterhood used to be important to them, but not anymore. I would not recommend chi o to anyone going through recruitment. They also only associate with very few fraternities and rarely do things with other sororities.
