There is a lot of internal issues. They used to be run with fear tactics, but with the new president that is changing. there is a lot of issues with sisterhood and "cliques" within the chapter that translates to how they work with other FSL organizations

Some brothers I would trust with my life others I would not want to touch me with a ten foot pole. They are known more for partying and others on campus don't really know their philanthropy because the brothers don't talk about it much

Throw big parties frequently, no background is more identifiable than the wall of the Phi Psi basement. Friendly and fun, but they do the bare minimum for their philo. They have a very exclusive relationship with Kappa sorority.

If you can manage to get into a Delt party you will have a great time. They are well known for having the most exclusive parties on campus and you have to know a good amount of the brothers to be on their list or get invited. The boys are friendly and courteous. This is the place I feel the safest at and have had multiple brothers check in with my friends and me to make sure we are having a good time. They have a solid brotherhood and actually fundraise for their phil unlike most frats. A group of really decent guys.

I originally thought these girls had some of the best sisterhood on campus, but after talking to some of them individually you find out there is a lot of negativity below the surface. The chapter is so small because they have the most members drop of any sorority on Allegheny campus. They frequently disagree among themselves about the smallest things and have a general frustration about how the chapter is operated. The chapter is actually very diverse so each girl is unique and most are individually quite friendly and enthusiastic about things like recruitment and philanthropy. I wish these girls all the best and hope they can work out their internal issues soon.

These women tend to stay within them selves and prefer to keep philanthropy events within their own chapter and not work with other chapters on just about anything. Very judgmental girls and make it clear if they want you in recruitment or not
