Because the chapter is small the girls are very close and put forth a united front. They have several projects they are very passionate about and put a lot of work into every year. Their relations with the fraternities are positive and they represent Greek Life well. That being said, they need to improve their alumni relations and involvement if they want to really compete with the other sororities and they need to fight to shake an image problem from years past to up their recruitment

The chapter has a really strong bond and hold to their traditions and ideals pretty tightly. Some of the guys are a bit rowdy and unfortunately the chapter has a less than favorable reputation from years past that doesn't accurately reflect the current membership. They could definitely benefit from more involvement with campus events and increasing their presences.

A nice group of guys but they were never able to keep their numbers up and couldn't perform like the other chapters. It's very difficult to sponsor successful projects with fewer than a dozen members and eventually numbers were their undoing. It was a shame to see them go

The chapter has great presence on campus and is strongly involved with a lot of community service projects. Their chapter house is by far the best maintained of all of the fraternities at Adrian. Sorority relations are generally positive and the guys always conduct themselves in a respectful manner when in the presence of ladies. The chapter brings home a lot of awards and recognitions from their Nationals every year including the True Merit award reserved for high performing chapters.
