registration help? i'm clueless guys.

Do I have to register with the Panhellenic Council of your area before you can rush, or do I just need to sign up through UH when registration opens?

Also, they said it'll open on the 1st but none of the links work.

It is not open. It says it is on the homepage, then when you go to the link it still has last's year's information.
