rushing

Hello, I'm a freshman who just transferred here from UT Austin. I'm rushing for sure and I just want to know which fraternities I should be looking at and which ones I should avoid.

Only fraternities worth looking at are Sigma Chi and Kappa Sigma. Sigma Chi has the nicest house and most money and Kappa Sig I guess you could say only cares about partying and they don't do Fiesta.

In all honesty, every fraternity has their perks and down falls, you should really go to every fraternity to see which one you fit in with best. That is what I did, and there is a reason why I am in the fraternity that I am in, and have no regrets.
There is no "best" fraternity, the "best" fraternity you can be in is the one where you fit in best.
Exept PIKE, stay clear of them...

if you are looking for a unique experience like say two dudes at the same time then I would totally suggest sigma chi

Sigma Chi/Kappa Sig - stereotypical frat guys
PIKE- southern frat guys (chew, fish, hunt, lots of cowboy boots)
KA- "southern gentlemen" but kinda socially awkward and off campus
Pi Kappa Phi- largest fraternity on campus, well rounded
Sig Ep- Pretty chill dudes, very welcoming

Pike is about to get kicked off
Sigma Chi all the rich kids
Kappa Sig if all you wanna do is party
Pi Kapp if you wanna be stuck in the friend zone all your life
The rest aren't relevant
