house across from bayou oaks

Anyone ever wonder what's up with that house that's across from bayou oaks? I see a frat with their letters outside if the house a lot but the house is kinda creepy with like broken windows and stuff. I saw ppl in there once downstairs, it looked like they were studying or something but that was the ONLY time I've seen ppl inside. It looks weird and I've never seen anyone upstairs either. I think that's where I noticed all the broken windows. Have any of y'all ever been inside?

That's the Mexican fraternity at UH called "Sigma Chi." They're usually out around the wealthy neighborhoods of Houston mowing grass and cleaning peoples houses; probably the reason you don't see them there in the day.
