Hot girls with a good rep. Need to party more and they would be top tier. Top fraternities don't like hanging with them because they're somewhat boring. Could easily be best on campus.

Struggling nationally and terrible at UH. Last few years they gave bids to anyone who rushed them, and as a result got some weird kids. Alumni are annoyed, chapter is struggling stay away.
