Not the best looking or most athletic guys, but they are all really nice and manage to keep out of the rat race.

I agree that they are the only group that gets on this site. kind of pitiful that they have to upvote themselves. i just don't know how they arent absolutely dominating having their own seperate house and all. still top tier though

You'll never be better than Sigma Chi or PIKE. Sorry. No tradition. However, their boys are way nicer to me than Sigma Chi/Kappa Sig/PIKE. Also, they spend too much time trying to do what those three do. They just need to be themselves and stop worrying about their "rank."

A bad rep from some of their disrespectful/douchy/tr yhard members. It is required to have money to join, but that's not a bad thing in their minds, and if I had serious money, would join in a heartbeat. They are from the same schools and roll with the same crowds, but those crowds are very successful. Their officers are respectful and handle their chapter well. They throw incredible parties and are the envy of all other fraternities except perhaps Kappa Sig.
