quality of last few pledge classes and their housing situation. they did pick up houses but they are really far and small

in my opinion it would probably be because of the fact they have no houses this year, and their spring rush wasnt great, they only have a pledge class of 8 this semester. Theyre still great guys and an all around great frat still

id say delta sig is better than lambda chi from what ive seen lately, probably on par with delta chi and sig chi at this point
