what are greek rankings based upon?

For both frats and sororities what are the rankings based on? Brotherhood? Parties? Sociable? Who has the authority to rank them any ways??

Agreed. This site (for sororities at least) is literally all self ranking. So basically whoever is top just self ranks the most lmao.
