spring '16 ranks

Top: SK, ZTA/DDD, SSS
Mid: ASA, APHI, PHI MU/THETA
Bottom: AST, GPHI, ADPI, DG

This is just my opinion. A lot of the top tier can be interchangeable based on opinion, but I'd say a three-tiered system is more accurate to use at this point in time. The slashes are to denote that it could really be in either order because of two being in a similar place. Thoughts? Other opinions?
