SK-Hot partygirls. More northern as a whole but still fun!
SSS-Hot, not wild or anything, more hipsterish. Nice though!
ZTA-Sweet, hot, fun! Well-rounded group
ASA-Hot. But some can rub people the wrong way
DDD-Blonde, outgoing. Some are partygirls while others are not
APhi-Outgoing, fun. Are usually really sweet and sociable
Theta-Also sweet and outgoing. Really nice and fun & have made huge progress!
Phi Mu-Fun girls! Sometimes overlooked but all really get along with each other
AST-Partygirls who like to have a good time and don't care what others think!
ADPi-Sweet girls who are new but still click with each other and are fun!
GPhi-The new girls in town who are outgoing and a fun time to be around!
DG-Really tight-knit group of girls who look after each other!
Frats:
Pike-Mix of north and south. Throw fun parties but can be mean.
KA-Jersey Shore. Very northern. Fun parties but can be way over the top sometimes.
SN-A bit awkward and they seem to be everywhere. But still throw fun parties.
ATO-The jocks back in high school. Can be seen everywhere in urec.
DX-The entitled kids back in high school. Can be nice but also annoying.
Pikap/LXA-Basically the same thing. Combine all frat descriptions above.
Sig Ep: The crowd-pleasers
SX: The weird guys in high school who always invited themselves to parties.
KS-Either the bullies or the toadies in HS. Few of friends either way.
Fiji-Car lovers in high school b/c it was cool. Now frats are what's cool.
Don't know the rest.

Pike is a good mix I would say. I know boys who I would consider more city like then there are some boys who are completely country. All great guys though! Definitely the best JMU frat along with ATO

The most southern kids from Pike are from NOVA. And all those kids act and dress like they're from jersey. KA is probably the most northern geographically, ton of guys from Boston, CT, Long Island and Jersey. ATO has a lot of guys from NOVA, Baltimore, Philly and Jersey. Pike has a ton of guys from NOVA, Jersey and New York.
