ΣΣΣ/ΣΚ- heavily consider looks and overall style(trendy, exotic, bohemian, hip). Gravitate towards really confident and fun personalities
ZTA- Also heavily considers looks. Won't take sophomores. Aren't as attracted to boho/trendy styles, but more preppy.
AΣA- Need good looks paired with a very out there/in your face personality.
ΔΔΔ- Diverse mix of girls. I think they are attracted to down to earth yet fun girls. They aren't very present on campus so it's hard to determine.
ΑΦ- They claim they pick more on personality, but they have an interesting mix of girls as well, so it's hard to say they're "known for picking based on personality". Bonus points if you're blonde.
ΚΑΘ- Their claim to fame is their academics. I believe they still have the highest GPA on the row. They aren't completely snobby, but they do think a bit highly of themselves.
ΦΜ- A personality will get you far. They boast a more preppy/southern look.
ΓΦΒ- Diverse group of girls. My best guess would be girls you wouldn't suspect to be sorority girls. Style varies from hipster to a bit southern.
ΑΣΤ- The laid back/I don't care about rank version of SSS/SK. They are an edgy/chill group of girls that are actually a lot of fun.
ΑΔΠ- Very preppy style. Embraces the brainyness of their girls and accepts lots of types. Still relatively new along with Gphi.
ΔΓ- Heavily cares about personality and are looking for girls that will strengthen their sisterhood
