fraternities after top three

After Pike, ATO, and KA, what are people´s thoughts on JMU´s other relevant fraternities like KS, DX, PiKapp, LXA, SN?
Which of these fraternities are considered more southern or northern?
Which three would probably be the best to rush based on reputation, potential, etc.?

To answer your questions without a whole lot of beating around the bush:
Ranked South to North:
KS
DX
SN (tryhards, they shouldn't count)
LXA
Pikapp
KS to LXA are southern, Pikapp is mixed
Reputation Ranked:
DX
SN
Pikapp
LXA
KS
Potential Ranked (as in potential to move up and become top in 5 years):
SN-Pikapp-LXA, really doesn't matter here
DX
KS
Best three to rush? No answer, rush who you fit in with best.

Basically all been said so far but would just throw in if you're considering any of those fraternities definitely check out sigep, fiji and delta sig
Maybe theta chi and tke as well all these fraternities are moving places just as much and if not more than the ones listed above and they all cold be contenders in 2 years or so.
