Subjective unbiased rankings

Top Tier (no order)
1. Pi Kappa Alpha (ΠΚΑ) - Reputable name keeps them afloat. Had some questionable accusations in the past but still considered top for now. Single digit spring pc and lost housing again. Night party in tent.
1. Delta Sigma Phi (ΔΣΦ) - Solid guys, not so solid hazing allegations. Also had a small spring pc but have good relations and housing.
1. Kappa Alpha (KA) - Arguably the #1 here at jmu due to housing and relations. Always get good numbers for pledge classes.
1. Sigma Nu (ΣΝ) - Also another questionable top as over the past year they’ve lost some housing and been in trouble with ifc. Still top for now.
Lower Top/Upper Mid (no order)
2. Alpha Sigma Phi (ΑΣΦ) - on their way up but def do have some miserable squids pictured in their composites lol
2. Alpha Tau Omega (ΑΤΩ) - housing is ass this year but allegedly picked up s main houses and some house on the corner of port and main. Good brotherhood but off campus hurts recruiting. Low numbers
2. Phi Kappa Psi (ΦΚΨ) - These guys have rose rather quickly but don’t know if I’d put them top tier solely for the fact none of the other big fraternities will mix with these guys.
Mid
3. Theta Chi (ΘΧ) - decent housing, good relations, decent pc size just don’t seem to make too much of a name for themselves
3. DTD ( ΔΤΔ) - I don’t hear enough good things about these guys to formulate an opinion. Take in a lot of squids
3. Pik Kappa Phi (ΠΚΦ) - Apparently better mixers this semester? Idk
3. Kappa Sigma (maybe?)
