What sororities can not a pledge class

Are sororities allowed to take a pledge class if they are in trouble and can’t have events all year? Also wondering if they are obligated to tell rushes they are in trouble. I have heard AST and ASA are in trouble and can’t do events.Do they just tell people after they accept a bid?

rush is kinda competitive and sororities make more of the cuts than pnms do so don’t worry about it too much… you’ll still be able to go to parties and meet people
